Press & PR for Putting on the Glitz exhibition
You can’t beat a bit of glamour in your working day and I certainly got it when I agreed to provide PR support for The Whitworth Art Gallery’s dazzling Putting on the Glitz exhibition. Managing all aspects of the press campaign, coverage was secured with BBC Radio Manchester, Big Issue in the North, Crafts Council Crafts Magazine, The Lady, Metro NW, Channel M, Live Manchester Magazine, Northern Life, Trafford Metro and Manchester Evening News to name but a few. I also managed various filming and interviews with Laurence Llewelyn Bowen who opened the show.

I continue to work on various press and PR projects for the Whitworth, including The American Scene; a touring exhibition from the British Museum and Relocation, a community-based project.
