‘Bloomfield talks’ oral history project
An inspiring oral history project run by Blackpool Council Arts Service and international artists Simon Grennan and vik. ‘Bloomfield talks’ needed support with their promotional plan and PR at the culmination of what had been a year long project to reveal the ‘real’ Blackpool. I worked closely with the team and their volunteers to manage the various campaign elements, PR stories and photo opportunities during the final weeks of the project. BBC Radio Lancashire, Blackpool Gazette, Volunteering England and Culture24 were a few of those who covered the project.
